Job responsibilities:
- Communicating with and booking performers to play at the jazz club.
- Creating a cohesive program designed to make the venue profitable, with the end goal of hosting ticketed shows.
- Running and updating the Instagram, Facebook, and website of the jazz club.
- Designing and formulating advertisements for the ticketed shows and open jam sessions that the venue hosts.
- Expanding the venue's online presence to include other relevant platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
- Monitoring and responding to all business enquiries that the jazz club receives on its email or online form in regards to renting the space or scheduling private lessons.
- Organizing and coordinating all studio rentals or private lesson bookings via Google Excel Sheet or preferred software.
Work hours and commitments:
- All work is expected to be done on-site.
- Part-time role, about 10 hours per week.
