Project Manager, Social Media (TEMP)
The Creative Project Management team is looking for a Social Media Project Manager to lead efficiency and improvements in operational excellence, budget oversight at the regional and global levels, capacity tracking, asset trafficking and creative production management as well as reporting.
This individual has strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This individual is highly detailed oriented, has experience in budget management, understands how to communicate effectively upward as well as with key stakeholders for both transparency and clarity in project management efficiency. As a cross-functional collaborator, the ideal candidate will lead connecting the dots across a multitude of teams, leveraging skills of diplomacy and tact to drive alignment and forward momentum, seamlessly adapting to varied working styles on the team in service to the ultimate goal of a unified integrated marketing program with final execution on our social media channels and effectiveness of our social media budget tracking.
Responsibilities
Budget Oversight and PO/Invoice Management
Logs and maintains all PO and invoice requests and applies records against the overall social media budget
Develops monthly, quarterly and as needed latest estimates and projections against budgets for both global and regional social media budgets
Has a high degree of professionalism, outstanding communication and transparency, and understands the importance of budget management, tracking and maintenance
Can effectively work cross functionally to understand how projects across the entire team ladder into the full budget outlook
Responsible for reporting on budget for social media to Head of Global Social Media as needed
Fully responsible for invoice management and tracking with teams
Capacity Planning/Assessment
Log and maintain status on all monthly, evergreen creative and organic video projects
Develop estimates and LOE on projects for prioritization
Lead tracking and delivering weekly status reports on active and future projects
Identify capacity across the team and manage assignment tracking
Project Management
Project manages monthly & evergreen creative and all organic social video projects
Owns and manages status meetings, works in collaboration with Organic Social leads on assignments of projects
In collaboration with organic social leads, manages external agency partner relationships inclusive of communications, capturing project status & creative delivery, development time and oversight
QC of creative assets and videos before finalization and trafficking
Work within social media tools as necessary
Development of comprehensive project plans, maintains templates and creative briefing tools for key initiatives, working side by side with our social creative leaders. Ensures project team and stakeholder alignment through execution while working closely with internal stakeholders and outside agencies
Lead in tracking and communicating project status, deliverables, specs, dependencies, and potential issues to internal and external stakeholders.
Route assets and plans to internal stakeholders (PR, Legal) for approval
Track and plan budgets for internal and external resources
Track and file documentation (creative briefs, contracts, reference items, etc)
Identifies, drives and implements improvements to existing processes that will improve efficiency and reduce churn for social team and business at large
Skills/Experience Requirements/Qualifications
Experience in managing large, multi faceted budgets with precision to detail, including forecasting and invoice/PO management
Excellent organizational and creative project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner (5+ years project management experience)
Experience with video production development and execution
Experience with social media tools (i.e. Sprinklr)
Strong written communication and presentation skills, which are crucial in our current hybrid environment
Experience managing creative assets from end to end
Knows project management principles, processes and tools
Previous experience with project management software required
Team player with a passion to work closely with others while maintaining an entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit
Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Salary: $55.00 - $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
