About the Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Outreach Specialist in New York City who is passionate about destigmatizing $eggs work and bringing a fresh perspective to our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with personal or professional experience in the $eggs work industry, who can leverage their knowledge and connections to bring more Sensualists (providers) and members (clients) to our site.
Sensuali is a $eggs-positive platform connecting members with expert Sensualists to book and experience various sensual experiences. From $eggs coaches and BDSM practitioners to erotic artists and massage therapists, we celebrate the art and diversity of seggsual exploration. Our mission is to erase the stigma surrounding $eggs work and kink exploration, creating a space where curiosity meets empowerment.
What You’ll Do:
-Develop and execute strategies to increase Sensuali’s membership visibility in NYC.
-Build relationships with influencers, community leaders, and organizations that align with our mission.
-Find relevant social media influencers in our niche to create paid media campaigns.
-Promote Sensuali at local events, gatherings, and online communities.
-Support the curation and launch of our NYC-based podcast, contributing creative ideas.
-Advocate for Sensuali’s mission of destigmatizing sex and sex work in authentic and meaningful ways.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in or connection to the $eggs work industry, with a deep understanding of its challenges and nuances.
-Enthusiasm for Sensuali’s mission.
-Strong communication and networking skills.
-Creativity and initiative to develop impactful outreach strategies.
-Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
-Bring an average of 20 new Sensualists to the site per month.
-Relay constructive criticism about the site’s function from new onboarded Sensualists.
-Availability for 8 hours per week, with flexibility for in-person events or meetings in NYC.
