Instead of finding a virtual assistant id rather find a young aspiring person that likes to play on social media to be brought on to my business to help manage content and create social media posts.
No experience needed I am looking for some one who wants to learn who feels like they have a grasp on the various social media platforms.
I'm open to a variety of tactics and have studied and accumulated information I recognize might be useful to help guide you in helping us achieve our goals.
Though no experience is needed things that would be highly useful in my decision are as follows.
-understanding of using social media editing, posting, technical attributes, sharing and collaborative settings in various social media platforms.
-any simple video editing understanding or reel creation or short form content editing
-understanding of any trends or have an eye on current market or social trends
-a desire to learn and grow and build something bigger than our selves
-must have a cell phone capable of using social media
There are several jobs i have envisioned for what you can do for me to make extra money and growing your independent career as a content manager.
-First i am only looking to test your abilities with gathering content shaping it and posting it
- this could then expand into content creation and video editing
-also can expand into filming and with provided equipment
- also can expand into market research and marketing to prospective clients on social media
there are several frame works for payment I have thought about and would like to discuss with you you preferences so that every one is happy. I am not looking to under pay and take advantage I want to find a happy place where we both can work together to grow and expand and with that growth I intend further reimbursements as The company grows you grow. I see this for some one one day to be either fully partime with us or full time even helping us to expand our business.

you have to be of working age at minimum which I think is 16 but would prefer some one between the ages of 20-28 who has some professional understanding or how to work well in a team. but if your a young boisterous individual wanting more than anything to get some experience and get ahead of the game im willing to work with you.
