The ideal candidate will be able to capture the essence of our cozy, warm, and inviting establishment through captivating visuals and narratives. Key Responsibilities:
Photography:
Capture high-quality photos of our establishment and customers that convey a warm, cozy, and inviting ambiance.
Ensure photographs are taken at least twice a week, showcasing different aspects of our wine bar experience.
Edit and optimize images for various social media platforms.
Content Creation:
Create engaging reels, storylines, and posts tailored to our target audience.
Work collaboratively with the owner to understand and maintain the desired flow and feel of content.
Innovate and suggest fresh content ideas and formats that resonate with our brand and audience.
Promotions & Campaigns:
Develop and implement social media campaigns centered around special promotions and events.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute ways to drive foot traffic to our establishment.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
Engagement & Community Management:
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a community of loyal followers and engage with them regularly.
Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize content and timing.
Collaboration:
Meet with the owner and other team members regularly to ensure content aligns with our brand's vision and business objectives.
Seek feedback and be open to making adjustments to improve overall content quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media marketing or as a social media specialist.
Proficiency in photography and editing software/tools.
Strong understanding of the latest social media trends, especially concerning food and beverage establishments.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to capture the ambiance and unique characteristics of our wine bar in visuals and stories.
