We are looking for an individual passionate about Printing and helping Customers to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Rep. You’ll enjoy bringing creative printing projects to life while growing with our supportive and dynamic team.
Your responsibilities include:
Field customer quote requests and calculate estimates
Create work orders for production
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Maintain and grow customer relationships
Convert new customers into regular clients
You'll be a great fit because you:
have a growth mindset, great energy, and a positive attitude
have excellent written and verbal communication
have working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Acrobat
are detailed oriented and organized
have 2+ years of customer service experience
have 1+ years printing experience
This is an on-site position at our downtown Manhattan facility.
Hours are 9:30AM - 6:00PM, Monday - Friday.
