Description:
A creative founder and partner behind a boutique digital agency based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn are seeking a highly organized, resourceful assistant to support a mix of creative, operational, and personal tasks. This is a part-time, flexible role (8 to 16 hours per week) for someone sharp, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about AI, design, and real-world problem-solving.
You will help support both professional and personal workstreams, from studio operations and email triage to photo editing, scheduling, and research.
You Are:
Smart, energetic, and genuinely curious
A self-starter who enjoys solving problems
Already using tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or Make.com, or excited to learn
Local to Williamsburg or nearby (non-negotiable) and available to come into the home office at least once per week
Some task will be remote/WFH
Comfortable balancing creative, administrative, and logistical tasks
What You’ll Do:
Organize tasks and communication using tools like Notion or Trello
Help automate tasks using AI tools (training provided if needed)
Schedule meetings, book travel, and handle occasional calls (doctors, insurance, etc.)
Assist with light creative tasks like photo selection or editing (Photoshop/Lightroom experience is a plus)
Research and compare vendors, tools, and services
Help plan social and professional events, industry meetups, and similar engagements
Occasionally assist in person with errands or workspace organizing
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required):
AI Tools
Photoshop / Lightroom
Photography, design, or art world experience
Social media support or content scheduling
Marketing or content strategy experience
Calendar management or executive assistant experience
Position Details:
Pay: $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 8 to 16 hours per week, flexible timing
Location: Must be able to work in person in Williamsburg at least once per week
Start: Ideally within the next 2 to 3 weeks
