Festival and venue liaison
Managing festival timelines and deadlines
Box office and comp tracking
Front-of-house coordination
Tech / schedule coordination during the festival run
General on-the-ground festival logistics
Required experience:
Prior Fringe or comparable theatre festival producing experience
(NYC Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe, United Solo, SoHo Playhouse festivals, or similar)
Experience producing or assisting on indie / Off-Off Broadway productions
Comfortable with fast timelines, small teams, and limited resources
Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice to have (not required):
Experience as a producing assistant, company manager, or house manager
Cultural fluency or first-generation sensibility
Experience supporting solo shows or comedy-theatre hybrids
Details:
Paid, project-based role
Timeline: January–April 2026, with the festival run taking place in April
Hours: Approximately 5–8 hours/week January–March, increasing to 10–15 hours/week in April
NYC-based preferred; hybrid/remote possible, with in-person presence required during performances
To apply, please include:
A brief note about your relevant festival experience
1–2 examples of past projects (links welcome)
Your rate expectations and general availability
