INTERIOR DESIGNER – HIGH END RESIDENTIAL
A growing New York City based; boutique architectural & interior design firm seeks to hire a full time Interior Designer to work on a variety of high-end residential projects. For the Interior Designer’s position in New York City, the applicant must have a minimum of (3-5) years of professional experience working in an architectural or interior design firm. Detailed knowledge and experience with residential interiors, furnishings, budgeting, purchase orders, CFAs, material selections, project and vendor coordination with superior AutoCAD skills are required. The qualified candidates will need to be enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized and highly motivated w/excellent verbal and written communications skills. Candidates will work directly with the firm's principal and project team to produce highly detailed designs; client coordination and manage all aspects of the project throughout the duration of the work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Interior Design
Minimum (3-5) Years of Experience in High-end Residential Design
Technical Expertise in ACADD, Purchase Orders, CFAs & Furniture Selection
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Office
A minimum of (2) Professional References
Candidates must Confirm Eligibility/Qualifications to Work in United States
