The Role
We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Graphic Designer focused on packaging design and production file setup. You’ll support our design team in executing artwork that meets both brand standards and retail requirements. This role works under the direction of the Design Supervisor and Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing packaging designs across multiple product lines
Follow creative direction from senior team members to refine layouts and concepts
Prepare and manage dielines, linked assets, and production-ready files using Illustrator and InDesign
Ensure all artwork meets print specifications and is properly organized
Execute revisions and version control with accuracy and speed
Collaborate closely with product development and sourcing teams
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Understanding of print production (CMYK, bleeds, file structure, resolution)
Ability to follow direction and maintain consistent design standards
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
