A luxury jewelry & accessory design studio/ Flagship has an opening for a part time Sales Associate.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, collaborative, outgoing individual who is detail oriented and manages with a strong follow through. A recent college graduate is preferable. A working knowledge of Shopify is very helpful.
Responsibilities include:
- In store sales- bonus if you have a ‘client book’
- Coordinate sample and production for all vendors
- Create generate PO's for each vendor.
- Coordinate and facilitate samples for editorial shoots
- Maintain proper Inventory across all categories
- Maintain a clean and organized studio
Skills required:
Responsible for assisting in day-to-day problem solving under supervision of Creative Director
Must be personable, reliable and thrive in a team environment
Must be detail oriented and display follow through
Must have COMMON SENSE!
Experience:
1 year of related industry experience with working knowledge of Shopify/ Mac/ Excel /Word/ Wordpress / Google Docs/ illustrator / Indesign
Demonstrate track record of client relationship development and service
Strong interpersonal/communication & writing skills
