I am looking for someone to help me with the protection, set up, clean up and application of a Venetian Plaster finish to a small lobby / stairwell in the upper east side of Manhattan .
Some painting, in oil and acrylic, will also be required.
If you have experience skim coating walls (no sanding), have an artists eye, detail oriented and are DEPENDABLE, you can do this. A neat appearance and command of english appreciated.
Work needs to be done after hours (7pm to midnight), and will run concurrently for 5 - 7 days.
