About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for someone with embroidery experience who’s ready to take ownership of machine operations and production. The role is hybrid: technical to start, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position over time.
Responsibilities
Operate embroidery machines
Maintain machines and handle minor repairs
Follow a set maintenance schedule
Make samples and produce embroidery orders
Lift materials up to 50 lbs
Must-Have Experience
Minimum 5+ years of embroidery experience
Comfortable communicating in both Spanish and English (fluency preferred)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Basic mechanical skills for embroidery machine upkeep
