Skills required:
Must be willing to work closely with other production personnel on a day-to-day basis;
Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines and increase productivity;
Move from one job to the next, assisting any/all jobs on the plant floor;
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment;
Must have good communication skills.
