Mechanical Engineer needed for Manufacturer of Emergency Lighting in Ridgewood, Queens, NY
Job Description
Work with a team of other engineers to design, draft, and prototype using SolidWorks and latest technology in rapid prototyping
Program HAAS CNC using CAMWorks
Injection mold design
Must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment
Qualifications
Use of CAD/CAM software to program multi-axis mill-turn machines
Experience in the design of injection molds
Familiar with SolidWorks and CAM works
Mechanically able to assemble and disassemble parts and assemblies
Familiarity with Coast Guard Codes and Regulations a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Full time position / Hourly compnsation to be based on experience
Paid Holidays/Time off
Office hours, M-F 8-4:30pm
