Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and supporting our team with your excellent organizational skills. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including managing communications, coordinating schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, ordering material, and prioritizing shipping

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Schedule meetings and appointments

Prepare and distribute internal communications, and drawings

Maintain filing systems and databases, record and PO

Assist in the preparation of reports and cost analysis

Provide general administrative support to the team

Make Po and log the cost on each project

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
