We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and process improvements.
Manage a team of fabricators, welders, machinists, and other production staff. ( 15 Employees )
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and components.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to optimize production processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain and improve equipment efficiency through preventive maintenance programs.
Manage production flow via company database " Monday.com "
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production management role within the metal fabrication industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including welding, machining, and assembly.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve production challenges.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
