Job Title: Lead Upholstery Pattern Maker

Compensation: $25.50/hour - 27 hours, 3 days a week
Lead Pattern Maker Additional Responsibilities:
Weekly meeting and check-in with Head of Production to discuss cutting priorities and projects
Planning and assigning the cutting schedules to meet project deadlines
Point person for upholding and maintaining Stitchroom cutting & workroom standards (how we fill out tech packs, tolerance standards, template standards, etc)
Point person for weekly cutting section organization & cleaning
Ongoing Responsibilities:
Upholding and maintaining Stitchroom cutting standards
Accurately following Stitchroom platform to execute cutting projects
Creating detailed Tech Packs
Ensuring projects are completed within scheduled timeline
Proactively reporting to your direct manager should any issues or questions arise to come up with solutions
Maintaining cutting section organizational standards
Expectations:

Great time management and project planning to meet project deadlines
Pro-active communication with Head of Production in order to produce high quality outcomes
Accurate cutting planning and time estimations
Exhibits excellent teamwork and collaboration
Upholds quality and integrity of cutwork
