Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to work directly with children and families in Brooklyn, NY. As an BT at Triumph ABA, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals. Your role is to bring out the best in our clients by helping them develop new skills, overcome behavioral challenges, and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in clinic, home, or community settings
Track client progress through accurate data collection and daily session notes
Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support the client’s growth
