HOUSING SPECIALIST - $24.00/hour + Benefits
Responsible for conducting housing assessments to determine participants’ housing readiness, family composition, and other housing needs
- HS/GED
- 1 year exp. housing or real estate
- CPR and First Aid training.
- MS Office and EHR.
PEER SPECIALIST - $41,000/yrly + Benefits
Responsible for providing community-based support with a rehabilitation and recovery focus using shared lived experiences.
-HS/GED + 2 years work experience or Volunteer + MS Office
- Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) or Provisional
- New York Certified Peer Specialist (NYCPS) or NYCPS-Provisional (NYCPS-P)
- Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) or OASAS-approved 30-hour Recovery Coach Training for designated programs.
