ACCOUNTANT / OFFICE & PROPERTY MANAGER
(Full-Time - Queens)

We are a well-established real estate management and investment company (25+ years in business) seeking a reliable full-time employee for a long-term role. This is a Monday-Friday, in-office position located in office in Queens (not remote).
Job Duties:
Bookkeeping & accounting (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, financial reporting)
Maintain organized financial and office records
Handle tenant communication and rent collection
Coordinate maintenance and vendor scheduling
General office and property management support
Requirements:
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar required)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Position Details:
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary position
Must be able to work in-office in Queens
