Construction Company looking for someone with accounting and/or administration background. Person will be responsible for day to day record-keeping and overall accounting management. Roles in Payroll/AR/AP, gen ledger, bank reconciliation and work-in-progress reporting. Busy position with multiple projects taking place concurrently in addition to emergency response for Commercial and Municipal customers. Candidate will need to collect records from these projects, compile them in logical format and generate a description and invoice deliverable to the customer.
General duties of payroll and materials ordering will be necessary. Must be computer literate and with good spreadsheet skills.
