Admin to work with our accounting team FT, Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities include managing the accounting group email account. Printing and pre-posting digital invoices, reconciling acknowledgements, and working with our sales team in regards to discrepancies in vendor data vs. in house data. This position occasionally helps back up phone call monitoring of our main line if one of our receptionists is out.
Must have experience with MS Office apps, ability to communicate clearly with vendors, clients and sales team, and ability to be at work at scheduled times. This is not a work from home opportunity. Great for entry level or returning to work groups. This is a small office of 4 team members, so the candidate must be able to work with and respect the team spirit. Entire company is only 34 people - so “works well with others” is essential.
