We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our daily operations by handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be able to manage time effectively, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Manage email correspondence and prioritize messages for timely responses
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in records and reports
Draft and edit documents, memos, and other written materials
Assist in internal and external communication as needed
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, and data entry
Support various projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors
Take initiative to improve and streamline administrative processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles
Previous experience in a similar administrative role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of QuickBooks
