JOB DESCRIPTION:
E- filing, maintaining records, copying, and other similar duties using a computer system.
Post Office & Bank Run
Supply inventory and stocking
Switchboard experience to cover receptionist, as needed.
Perform Scanning, Data entry & sending DocuSign
General office maintenance duties
Assistance with organizing office events
EDUCATION:
High school degree
Experienced in a corporate environment (preferred)
