DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Support various teams with their administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating events.
Step in for reception coverage, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least two years of previous experience in a corporate office or legal firm setting is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
