SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurate and prompt data input of customer orders
Submit daily, weekly and monthly billing documentation.
Takes leadership role in assuring timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly billing.
Willingness to follow up with customers as needed.
Deadline driven and attentive to details
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Assertive, highly organized, flexible, efficient and detail oriented. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently. Good analytical skills
Minimum of three years administrative experience.
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
