ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TEMPORARY

Key Responsibilities EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES LONG TERM TEMPORARY

Provide administrative support for planning team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking/sending meeting minutes, and co-maintaining project timelines.

Manage and organize communications and calendar invitations

Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate conference records.

Support the conference coordination including logistics for staff and participants.

Maintain shared files and resources, ensuring documents are current and accessible to team members.

Provide day-of-event support, including check-in, material distribution, and assisting staff and participants.

Handle additional administrative tasks as needed to support the success of projects.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior administrative, events, or nonprofit experience preferred.

$30 an hour , 35 Hour week. Paid weekly through NYC Staffing Firm.
