We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator Assistant to join our team. This role will involve managing payroll, bookkeeping, credentialing, and invoicing; ensuring that all financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in accounting software, and have a passion for maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and submit tax filings.
Invoicing:
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments.
Ensure that all invoicing practices comply with company policies and procedures.
Maintain organized records of invoices and payment receipts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role with focus on payroll, bookkeeping and invoicing.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
