Seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to help support our multi-disciplinary clinical team in providing neuropsychological assessments and ongoing care of children and young adults with learning challenges.
Duties include:
-General office/administrative tasks, including document management (significant scanning and filing of important data), support for managers, reception duties, responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence
-Orienting and educating patients and families about clinical procedures and policies
-Coordinating intake of new patients, daily schedule, case management for current patients
-Payment processing
-Customer service
-Respecting patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality
-Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
-Editing written documents and communications
-Contributing to team effort
Preferred fields/backgrounds: education, psychology, business administration, healthcare, therapy, or related.
Necessary skills/qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication; good time management and organizational skills; strong computer skills, excellent people skills; highly reliable. College degree or equivalent experience is required.
Schedule: This is a part-time position: 8am to 5pm three or four days/week (8am to 5pm). Must be able to commit through December 2024.
Compensation: $18.00/hour
