Administrative Assistant needed in Chelsea for an HVAC/Construction company. This is a flexible position (full-time or part-time) and salary is based on experience. Candidates must be highly motivated, organized, and reliable.
Candidates will be responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations and clerical tasks.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Typing proposals, PO's, and CO's
- Managing proposals, estimates, and bid documents
- Tracking all vendor and subcontractor bills
- Writing and answering email and calls to/from jobs and vendors
- Maintaining an organized file system
- Managing QuickBooks and payroll processing
Must be familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and have an understanding of QuickBooks.
