Seeking a Full time bilingual a Spanish/English Secretary with good communication skills, is organized, can work well with others for a busy Bronx based Ambulette Company. Jon details communication, data entry, and processing paperwork. To be successful the selected candidate must be able to multitask and constructively interact with the patients and providers. Effective utilization of various programs and systems such as the customer systems, Excel, and other company systems. Preferred candidate will have some transportation experience. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where change is a constant event. Must be able to manage processes efficiently and have good follow up skills, time management, a sense of urgency and able to apply a strong attention to detail. Demonstrated success in customer service required, with data entry. Scope of work is full time, Monday through Friday.
