Seeking full time Assistant Construction Manager to work in our Mamaroneck, NY office.
This IS NOT a remote position.
This candidate will work directly with the Project Manager in managing all in-house
aspects of several Home Improvement Projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
.Creating purchase orders for building materials
.Tracking and arranging deliveries of material to jobsites
.Logging of hours and materials
.Updating project reports
.Speaking with clients as needed
Requirements:
. Ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to multi-task , work in a busy enviornment
. Must be familiar with building materials and construction related terms
. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
Salary commensurate with experience up to $60,000.00 yearly
