A little about us: We opened in 2010 after deciding dealership life was unhealthy and not the type of place we wanted to be 5 days a week. We were tired of the cutthroat backstabbing "clicky" environment that comes with corporate. Almost everyone at Motorwerks comes from a dealership background. We take pride in delivering the best in automotive services to our customers with professionalism, integrity, honesty and expert care.
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm Holidays off!
Job Summary:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring an exceptional experience. You will work closely with technicians and customers to recommend services, explain repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Diagnose customer concerns and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
Provide customers with accurate estimates and explain repair options and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with customers and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate service records and process billing.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Stay updated with automotive industry trends, technology, and new services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role or a similar customer service position (preferred).
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and service management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
A customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering top-notch service.
