Job Title: Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Manhattan, NY (Primarily)
Travel: Occasional travel to Boston, MA, and Portland, OR
Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: 4 hours per day, early mornings (7 or 8 am start time, depending on the day)

The Fifth Labor is a premier cleaning company dedicated to providing top-notch services for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee operations for some of our most important contracts.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for client managers, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
Oversee and manage on-site cleaning staff, ensuring they understand and perform their duties to the highest standards.
Refine and implement scopes of work for each contract, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements.
Manage inventory supplies, place orders as needed, and find better pricing for all supplies.
Handle key and alarm management for client sites.
Recommend hiring or firing of staff based on performance reviews and site needs.
Conduct regular site reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews for cleaning staff.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Basic computer skills.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel to Boston and Portland occasionally as needed.
