Prime Care Medical Group PC, a multi-specialty medical center located in Queens, is looking for a few dedicated Call Center Agents with considerable experience in making outbound calls in a medical/healthcare set up. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills with clear speech, is Bi-lingual (Bengali/Urdu/Spanish), is familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel, and able to provide courteous and excellent customer service. Experience working in a medical office as a front desk or a scheduler is a plus. This is a long term permanent position and carries a competitive salary. Benefits include a good 401(K) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and address Patient’s inquiries.
Make outbound calls (50+ per day) to schedule patient’s follow-up appointments with our Primary Care physicians and other Specialists.
Accurately input data into computer systems (training provided)
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with patients with a persuasive approach.
File daily reports to Managers
