Busy NYC Car Service looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team and help us manage our drivers and reservations.
Dispatch Responsibilities Include:
Ensure reservations are being dispatched on time and drivers are picking up passengers on time.
Monitor Flights to ensure a seamless pickup after passenger lands.
Address and resolve issues related to delays, reservations and pickups.
Communicate with drivers and passengers to ensure a seamless pickup
Experience with Limosys Dispatch software is a plus.
