We are looking for a Clerical Assistant for our Brooklyn ( Midwood) Office. We have a full time position & a Part time position (2-4 days (9-5) )
This is a clerical Office for Our Real Estate & Insurance Company. The Position is just for clerical work only.
The Main Office is in Midtown on Lexington Avenue & 55th St.
This job will entail working with our VP of operations, and you will be responsible for the
Following:
- Answering Phone Calls
- Data Entry Assignments ( Word ; Excel)
- Setting up Folders & Files Etc
