We are actively seeking a highly motivated Client Services Associate to assist our Business Development Team. All candidates must have sales and client relations experience.
Job Requirements:
Ability to interact with clients
Ability to communicate technical information related to building systems
Excellent writing skills
Strong attention to detail
Strategic thinking
Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
Experience in the real estate industry and/or business development a big plus
Degree in engineering, architecture, sustainability or another technical field a plus but not essential
This is a long-term position with solid growth potential
Responsibilities:
Draft formal proposals for engineering and architectural services
Process time-sensitive requests for services
Manage proposal and client information through a proprietary database system
Coordinate with staff engineers and architects
Interact with clients to build and maintain relationships
Attend client meetings
Educate clients on NYC building regulations
Promote the firm at trade shows and industry events
