Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to project managers, contractors, and other construction professionals.

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.

- Organize and maintain project files, documents, and records.

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for projects.

- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

- Maintain schedules for facilities and equipment.

- Prepare work estimates and manage related reports.

- Communicate with various departments to ensure compliance with facility standards.

- Assist in resolving conflicts or issues related to project coordination.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant in the construction industry (required).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
