An important company in Manhattan is looking for a talented full-time customer service associate who can support our team with organizational and administrative support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the flow of general correspondence including email, mail, and paperwork.
Knowledge of inventory, general knowledge using FedEx & UPS
Coordinate, shipments, and customer service orders, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, enter bills, keep track of inventory, and other tasks through QuickBooks
Skills Needed
QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Minimum of five years of experience in an office setting.
Proactive, multi-tasker with great Strong communication and organization skills.
Some Operation Management experience (preferred).
Strong computer and administrative skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Optimist and an openness to learn.
The desire to grow professionally and contribute to the success and culture of the company.
