Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, record keeping, posting, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as IT – related tasks. An office admin is also responsible for assisting with the management of the office and front desk.
Their responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; preparing reports and financial data; creating spreadsheets and presentations; filing and customer relations.
This position requires a strong computer, organization, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. The ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors is necessary. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Responsibilities:
General phone answering
Customer service experience
Track all warrantee machines
Track service contracts
Create reports for management
Track customer material issues and report the number of issues and look for trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Training:
AA degree or equivalent required
Experience:
Minimum of four years related experience.
