A reputable not-for-profit healthcare organization is looking for a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join its team. This is an on-site position, and all employees must be fully vaccinated.
Job Details:
Location: Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn, with occasional travel to the Financial District (FiDi)
Duration: Temporary (3-6 months)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical documents to ensure medical clearance
Coordinate with HR, temporary staffing agencies, and school program facilitators
Input data into the company’s database
Track and record progress using spreadsheets
Organize and file relevant documents
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (testing required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
