Title - Bilingual Dispatcher
Location – Mid-Westchester
Salary - $55K - $65K DOE

We are currently recruiting for an open position in our dispatch department.
You must be fully bilingual – able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish.
You must also be CURRENTLY working in this or a similar capacity and have at least 3 years of experience working as a dispatcher,
This is an on-site position – there is no opportunity for remote or hybrid work.
This position acts as liaison between various sites within the 5 boroughs of NY and Westchester county and applicable repair crews.
Take and transcribe messages and assemble email requests.
Create service tags and assign work crews, or, 3rd party vendors.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Enter all data into internal systems.
MS Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency.
