Job Summary
The eCommerce Operations Coordinator will assist with onboarding new accounts, maintaining operational workflows, and supporting team members in ensuring all systems and processes are running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Account and System Setup
Assist with setting up new accounts for vendors, tools, and platforms.
Ensure all team members have appropriate access to required tools and systems.
Troubleshoot any issues during onboarding and setup.
Workflow Management
Monitor operational workflows across departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline processes.
Collaborate with team leads to implement process improvements.
System and Process Support
Act as the point of contact for team members needing assistance with software, tools, or workflows.
Ensure integrations between systems (e.g., CRM, inventory management, marketing tools) are functioning properly.
Maintain documentation for system processes and workflows.
Collaboration Across Departments
Coordinate between marketing, sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
Help prioritize tasks and manage project timelines.
Support the onboarding of new hires by ensuring they are trained on tools and workflows.
Performance Monitoring
Track the performance of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular updates to leadership on system performance and team needs.
Administrative Tasks
Manage vendor accounts, subscriptions, and renewals.
Handle communication with third-party providers for troubleshooting and support.
Assist with reporting and data entry as needed.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in operations, eCommerce, or administrative support roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce).
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
