Duties:
Data Entry
Coordinating with vendors and contractors for rush and same day service
Mail sorting + assignment preparation
Court filings (in-person at NYC courts)
Document submission at city/state agencies
Scanning, printing, data entry
Basic admin and support tasks
Requirements:
Reliable, professional, organized and punctual
Ability to comprehend NYC courts/agencies
Professional and effective written communication
Comfortable with off-site errands (walking/subway)
Strong communication skills
