Busy law firm in the Financial District is seeking an entry-level administrative assistant.
Candidate must possess the following skills/qualities: a positive attitude, willingness to learn and to be trained, be detail oriented, reliable, and be a great communicator. Knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat are a plus.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, administrative tasks (sorting incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, maintaining electronic files, data entry, calling medical facilities, ordering supplies, and projects as needed).

Full-time: Monday – Friday (in office)
Salary: $38,000/yr. plus bonuses and perks
