Noi Due Hospitality Group located on the UWS is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team! We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and personable individual to manage large party reservations and private event bookings across our growing collection of restaurants and event spaces.
Responsibilities include:
Booking and coordinating large party reservations
Responding to reservation and event inquiries via email
Managing private event bookings from initial inquiry to final details
Communicating professionally with guests and internal teams
Supporting administrative tasks related to reservations and event planning
Experience using TripleSeat is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate range of $24–$26/hour, depending on experience.
