Executive Administrator- Not for Profit Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Provide financial administrative support to Management and to staff and consultants. Key responsibilities are:
· Gather and process expense reports and maintain online report-filing system
· Provide administrative support for grant programs
· Generate, process and track contracts and invoices for consultants, language services
and other services
· Provide financial support and accounting prior to and following department-sponsored events
· Generate budget reports from ABM system, quarterly and as needed
· Provide event support (logistics, shipping, arranging group lodging and travel, finance,
registration, etc.)
· Partner with consultants and Communications Office on webinars, e-newsletter and web updates, as well as print and material resources, including translation/interpretation, design and order fulfillment
· Host large-scale Zoom meetings
