Seeking a sharp, reliable Administrative/Executive Assistant to support a finance executive with meeting coordination (Zoom/phone), light project management, and general admin tasks across business and personal needs. This is primarily WFH with flexible hours.
2+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role - recent college grads ok - However will not teach you how to be an admin
Strong Zoom/Google Meet, Bloomberg, Google Workspace or MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; polished client presence
Self-starter who works quickly, stays organized, and meets deadlines
High discretion and professionalism
Lots of data management - client lists, etc, etc.
